I have used Early Byrd Appliance for years and have never had a bad experience. They've always checked for warrantees for me, they've always performed exactly as they've said they would. We've had great communication. I would recommend them highly for any appliance repair. I've had different technicians in and out of my home for a variety of issues and I've been happy with each of them.

I have used this company several times to fix all the really expensive appliances in my new kitchen. They have always been very professional, on time and very quick with the repair. My Sub Zero broke and was a few months out of warranty, yet they made the effort to talk to Sub Zero to cover 100% of the cost. I wish these "gourmet" appliances performed as well.

I just had a great experience with Early Byrd Appliance. My Frigidaire dishwasher quit washing. I called them yesterday and they did everything that they said they would. Mike called me this morning and came out at the time he said he would be here. My

pump needed replacing and he had the part on the truck. In no time at all he had the pump installed and everything cleaned up. I wish all my service problems went so well. They deserve a pat on the back.

I stumbled upon this company when my warranty company sent them out for my stupid washer. I was so pleased with the service provided by the technician. I have used them several times since and wouldn't use anybody else.

Rich came to my home to fix my dishwasher. He did an excellent job and treated me very well. He was on time, cleaned up after himself, and got my dishwasher working again. I highly recommend this company!

I called this company on Thursday and they said they would be at my house on Friday. Sure enough they called and came to work on my new SubZero refrigerator. The service man was polite and knew exactly what to do to get my refrigerator back to normal. He also looked at my washer and fixed a leaking hose. I will call them back whenever I need help. What a pleasure to not have to worry about who was in my house.
